Shipments from 60 euros to 100 euros peninsula and the rest have free shipping

Shipments to you for ENVIALIA peninsula and usually take between two and seven days. All other locations by USPS or ENVIALIA blue package, four to ten working days. For orders over 30 kilos will be charged two expeditions.

The customer has fifteen (15) calendar days, counting from the day following the date on which you receive the goods to freely withdraw from the contract without penalty and without the need for just cause.

The withdrawal process begins with the manifestation of his intention to exercise the same Tapoa communicated through e-mail info@tapoa.es to be proof of receipt by the deadline set forth above.

Upon receipt of such communication Tapoa, it will contact the customer in the e-mail and other information provided by it for the purpose of sending a confirmation that such a withdrawal has been made ​​correctly, assigning an authorization number for the return. The customer will have, from that time, a period of fifteen (15) working days for delivery to office until Tapoa.

If Tapoa not receive the returned goods within this period, it is understood that the client has changed its intention to withdraw from the contract, which means that it has been in place from the outset.

In case you only want to give up for one or more products purchased from the acquired total, it should be identified as the manifestation of withdrawal.

No returns of any product showing any signs of having been used and which is not properly packaged, and the packaging of origin will be accepted. Once we receive the returned merchandise and fulfilled the above requirements, Tapoa proceed to the payment of the amount paid by the client immediately and for the same procedure by which it paid at the time the goods.

In sales Ceuta and Melilla are VAT, however the customs system will apply the corresponding taxes, which, if they occur, will be entirely borne by the buyer.

Return or exchange.

Customers have 7 working days from the date of delivery for a refund. Previously, the customer must notify its intention Tapoa through the Returns section specifying the precise reasons for the return or exchange. The customer will have, from that time, a period of fifteen (15) working days for delivery to office until Tapoa.

Products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The costs and risks associated with the return will be provided by the customer, except that in the case of a return motivated by change in size or Tapoa error because the request does not meet the relevant quality conditions.

If the return is not accepted by the supplier to understand the intended product whose return had been used, the order will be available to customers in Tapoa.
